Delivery

Shipping fee

  • Enjoy free delivery service upon purchase of HK$600 after discount. If order total is less than HK$600, HK$30 delivery fee will be included in the order.

Delivery method

  • Door to door by Kerry Express or
  • KE Lockers by Kerry Express (KE Locker Locations) Note: Please copy & paste the full address along with address code into the address bar at checkout (the codes start with English letters. e.g. H852CA33P-Lobby, G/F, Yau Chui Court, Yau Tong, KLN(SF Locker))

Delivery areas

  • Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, certain remote areas, outlying islands and Macau
  • We ship to commercial and residential addresses only. P.O. box and logistics centers are not accepted as delivery address.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Estimated delivery time

Upon confirmation of payment, orders will be processed and delivered according to the chosen delivery method, subject to stock availability.
  • Hong Kong Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 working days from Monday to Friday, except outlying Island
  • Macau Standard Delivery: 3 to 6 working days from Monday to Friday

Delivery schedule

  • Mondays to Saturdays: 9am-6pm
  • Sundays and Public Holidays: Not in service

Delivery schedule for Outlying Islands

  • Cheung Chau Island: Saturdays
  • Lamma Island: Saturdays
  • Peng Chau Island: Saturdays

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address

  • Once the order is ready to ship, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer. Please contact Kerry Express to track the shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with Kerry Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact Kerry Express directly in order to make further arrangements.
  • If customer is not reachable for delivery after two attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
