Strength training using a mix of body weight movements and exercises with light weights that help prevent bulking up. For best results, get started with the help of a coach to help you dial in how many reps and rounds to complete.

Pilates
Miranda Kerr and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are devotees of this exercise that was created in the 1920s. Whether you take to the mat or a machine, these controlled yoga-like movements are guaranteed to work your ab muscles and help you build core strength.
