Perched at an altitude of 1,400 meters in the French Alps, Domaine Clarins is our open-air laboratory and farm.
Here we’re directly inspired by regenerative agriculture: we use seasonal plants, which are grown in harmony with nature, and in pure and unpolluted soil, enriched only with natural substances according to organic farming methods.
At Domaine Clarins, we use traditional techniques – including horse-drawn plows – and minimal technology, to preserve the health of the soil, and create ideal conditions for growing the highest quality plant ingredients for our products.
We use this research facility to study new plant actives, and to source many of the ingredients that are already being used in our treatments. This controlled farm-to-jar approach enables us to provide the highest standards of quality, safety, and traceability.
