We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping on Clarins.com. If there are any quality issues or damage to the product, please contact our customer service department within 14 days from the date you receive the package to arrange a replacement or refund.   • Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the shipment date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts. If your order contained a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original products, your refund will not be processed.
  • The refund process will be completed within 14 working days from the day we confirm receipt of the return package. Refunds will be credited back to your payment account. (Note: The time required for the refund to your account will vary depending on the card-issuing bank. Please check with your card-issuing bank for details.)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    1. Please contact our Customer Care (see details below) to explain the reason for return and confirm the return products and quantity.

    3. Please place the product you want to return in its original packaging box.
    4. Our customer service team will arrange carrier to collect the package at the address of the original order.
    5. After the returned goods arrive, we will check whether the goods meet the return requirements for refund procedures
